We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing team and help scaling our business in an effective way and drive our Sales team to meet its targets.


What will you do?


  • Track all the company’s business processes and ensure zero delays / missing A/I when iterating with customers / potential customers
  • Work with the entire Go to Market teams to ensure alignment between sales, customer success and marketing efforts
  • Manage the sales technology stack, collaborate with other departments, to ensure effective communication and alignment with sales goals
  • Generate and qualify new leads
  • Book Meetings for AEs and exceeding sales goals
  • Maintain the data integrity and accuracy in the company’s information systems, including, HubSpot, and other sales tools
  • Analyze data and develop reports to track sales and customer success performance and identify areas for improvement


Please apply if you have:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales development and/or  Sales Operations roles  in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong & proven communication & project management capabilities, influence without authority skills.
  • Familiarity with sales technology skills, preferable with Hubspot
  • Strong business understanding, with proven ability to develop and track sales reporting and metrics that align with business objectives
  • Excellent english (read, write and speak), Native English speaker is preferred
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
